About the Electro-Voice EVERSE 8

Everything the EVERSE 12 does, in a box one person carries in one hand. 7.6 kg, 121 dB, the same 86.4 Wh battery and the same IP43 weatherized shell. When the job is a ceremony, a speech position or a roving activation rather than a dance floor, the 8 is the right amount of speaker and a much easier load-in.

Coverage built for close work

The EVERSE 8 runs a 100 by 100 degree pattern, square rather than wide, which suits a speaker sitting close to the people it covers. Where the 12 throws down a length of lawn, the 8 blankets a tighter area evenly, so guests at the edges of a ceremony hear the same thing as guests in the middle.

One charge, one day

6+ hours flat out, 12+ hours at the levels a speech job actually uses. Bluetooth handles audio and control together, so a celebrant's playlist and the box's own EQ both live on a phone. A 12 V DC output runs a wireless receiver from the same battery.
