The Martin MH3 Beam is a high-output automated beam fixture built around the industry-proven Philips MSD Platinum 5R discharge lamp. Delivering a razor-sharp 1° to 3.8° beam, the MH3 punches through haze and atmospheric effects with exceptional intensity, making it a reliable workhorse on demanding touring and festival rigs where a tight, defined aerial beam is non-negotiable.

Features & Performance

The MH3 Beam is equipped with a static gobo wheel carrying 17 gobos plus open, providing a range of beam shaping and projection options beyond its signature raw beam output. An indexing, rotating 8-facet prism allows for beam multiplication effects, while the integrated frost filter softens the output for wash-style looks when required. A built-in strobe function and smooth 540° pan / 220° tilt movement complete a feature set well-suited to fast-paced, high-energy programming. Control is via standard DMX512, integrating cleanly into any professional console workflow.
