About the Global F31 Black 2m Single Tube

The Global F31 Black 2m single tube is a 2-metre lightweight bar, the most common size for full-scale photo-booth backdrops, retail window overheads, and small-stage front-of-house bars. At 2.27kg it’s still single-handed liftable.

The Global F31 Black single-tube truss is the lightest member of the Global Truss F-series. A single matt-black 50mm aluminium tube with the same connector geometry as F32/F33/F34, it’s used wherever you need a clean, minimal structural line: display frames, photo-booth backdrops, lightweight overhead bars for small fixtures, and uplighter mounts. Pair multiple F31 tubes with the SPACER 105 to build mini parallel-tube grids when full square truss would be overkill.

Compatibility

Standard F-series M12 conical connector and pin/R-clip system. Compatible with the Global Truss F31 corner blocks, junction kits, and the 105mm spacer (SP0118) used to fix two parallel F31 tubes into a lightweight ladder.

Material & Build

Single 50mm OD x 2mm wall tube in EN-AW 6082 T6 aluminium with a hard-wearing matt black powder coat, the same aerospace-grade alloy used across the F-series. Manufactured under ISO 9001-certified quality management. The matt black powder coat matches the F34 Black line and does not affect the tube’s structural rating.
