n March 2025, Krank’d collaborated with World Science Festival Brisbane to deliver a dynamic lighting design for Arena Atomica: Skate-ology, a high-energy fusion of skateboarding and science held at South Bank Piazza. The event featured world-class skaters, including Tommy Fynn, Coco Crafter, and Dani Campbell, performing gravity-defying tricks while physicists and sports science experts explained the mechanics behind the stunts.
Krank’d’s lighting setup was tailored to enhance the visual spectacle of the performances, ensuring that each trick was accentuated and the scientific explanations were clearly presented. The lighting design contributed to an immersive experience that captivated audiences of all ages, blending the thrill of extreme sports with educational insights.
